Some places you visit.
Others stay with you.
Europe has always been one of those places for me.
I've spent years traveling throughout Europe, falling in love with its landscapes, history, food, architecture, and—most importantly—the feeling of being somewhere completely different from home.
And that's what I want for my clients.
Not simply to check Paris, Rome, or Edinburgh off a list.
But to feel Europe.
To experience the places between the highlights. To slow down enough to notice the details. To discover the restaurant you'd never have found on your own. To stay somewhere with a story. To build a journey around what genuinely interests you.
Because the best European trips aren't necessarily the ones that see the most.
They're the ones you experience most deeply.
There is no single right way to experience Europe.
Maybe you've dreamed about driving through the Scottish Highlands.
Maybe you're imagining an Italian summer filled with food, wine, and beautiful villages.
Maybe you want to trace your family's roots through Ireland.
Maybe you've been to Europe before and you're ready to see a completely different side of it.
Or maybe you simply know you want to go—but have no idea where to begin.
That's where I come in.
I design custom European journeys around how you actually want to travel, including:
Combine destinations thoughtfully instead of trying to cram an entire continent into one trip.
Private guides, local experiences, culinary adventures, cultural encounters, and experiences chosen specifically for you.
Fewer destinations. More time to experience them. More room for the unexpected.
From Italian cooking and Tuscan vineyards to Scottish whisky and unforgettable local dining.
Castles, ancient ruins, historic cities, museums, heritage sites, and the stories that bring them to life.
Hiking, scenic drives, cycling, kayaking, walking adventures, and exploring Europe's landscapes beyond the tour bus.
If there's one corner of Europe that continues to pull me back, it's the British Isles.
England, Scotland, and Ireland offer the kind of travel I love most—dramatic landscapes, fascinating history, incredible food and drink, charming villages, and stories around every corner.
Imagine winding your way through the Scottish Highlands.
Exploring Ireland's rugged coastlines.
Wandering the historic streets of London.
Standing beneath ancient castles.
Sipping whisky in a centuries-old distillery.
Discovering hidden villages and countryside that feel worlds away from the crowds.
Or staying somewhere with centuries of history woven into the walls.
Wild coastlines • Ancient history • Castles • Irish culture • Food & whiskey • Scenic drives • Family heritage
The Highlands • Islands • Castles • Whisky • Golf • History • Dramatic landscapes • Scottish culture
London • Historic estates • Countryside • Castles • British heritage • Gardens • Food & culture
I can create a seamless journey through the British Isles that brings together the places you're most excited to experience—without making your vacation feel like a race between destinations.
Because the best British Isles journeys aren't about seeing everything.
They're about experiencing the places that matter most to you.
Italy may have some of Europe's most recognizable destinations, but there's so much more to experience beyond the Colosseum, canals, and crowded piazzas.
Think Tuscan countryside.
Lake Como.
The Amalfi Coast.
Small villages.
Local markets.
Wine country.
Cooking experiences.
Hidden corners of historic cities.
And the moments that happen when you give yourself enough time to actually experience a place.
And Italy is just the beginning.
I can design journeys throughout Europe and help you determine where to go, how long to stay, what to combine, and—perhaps most importantly—what to leave out.
Because sometimes the best travel advice is knowing what not to add.
YOU'VE SEEN THE CLASSICS, NOW GO A LITTLE FURTHER.
The British Isles and Italy may be some of Europe's most beloved destinations—and for good reason.
But there's a whole continent waiting beyond them.
Think Norway's dramatic fjords.
The storybook villages of Slovenia.
The vineyards and mountains of Austria.
The sun-drenched islands of Greece and Croatia.
The art, architecture, and café culture of France.
The rugged beauty of Portugal.
The landscapes and traditions of Central Europe.
These are the places that can transform a European vacation from familiar to unexpected.
Whether you're returning to Europe and ready to discover somewhere new, or planning your first journey and want to venture beyond the standard itinerary, I'll help you find the places that fit your curiosity, travel style, and sense of adventure.
AND THE PLACES IN BETWEEN
Sometimes the most memorable journey is the one you didn't initially have on your list.
A lesser-known region. A smaller city. A scenic route. A countryside stay. A destination that simply feels like you.
That's the beauty of custom travel.
You don't have to follow someone else's version of Europe.
You can create your own.
Norway • Sweden • Denmark • Finland • Iceland
Fjords • Arctic landscapes • Nordic culture • Scenic rail journeys • Northern Lights
Austria • Switzerland • Germany • Czechia • Slovenia • Hungary
Alpine landscapes • Historic cities • Castles • Wine regions • Art & architecture
Greece • Croatia • Portugal • Spain • France
Mediterranean coastlines • Island escapes • Food & wine • Art • History • Local culture
EUROPE MAY LOOK EASY. GETTING IT RIGHT ISN'T.
Europe is easy to book.
It's much harder to design well.
Which cities actually make sense together?
Should you take the train or rent a car?
Where should you spend three nights instead of one?
Which hotel has the right location—not just the prettiest photos?
When is the best time to visit?
How do you avoid spending half your vacation moving between destinations?
And where are the experiences that aren't obvious from a Google search?
That's where thoughtful planning makes a difference.
I'll help you create a journey where the pieces work together—from accommodations and transportation to experiences, pacing, and those little details that make a trip feel effortless.
You won't have to spend months buried in browser tabs trying to make everything fit.
I'll do the digging. You get to look forward to the journey.
THEY DIDN'T JUST VISIT EUROPE, THEY EXPERIENCED IT.
My wife and I booked our honeymoon with Amanda. We didn't really have a plan, just locations we wanted to visit. Amanda tailored our trip to our wants and then supercharged it with fun side-adventures and perfect hotel recommendations and transit choices. We visited so many areas of Iceland, the coast of Croatia and up to Zagreb, and then spent several days in Vienna. Every day was stress-free, organized, and so much fun! We traveled on planes, trains, cars, ferries, atvs, and even horseback! Many bucket-list items were accomplished: we climbed a glacier, saw humpback whales, swam in the Adriatic Sea, ate authentic schnitzel, and parallel parked in a city! Amanda checked in on us throughout the adventure and made sure all was well and on track. I couldn't have had a better guide to our three week adventure!
I cannot express how wonderful Amanda is. First off, she is so sweet, but she really knows her stuff. Amanda was able to plan the vacation of my dreams. From the bustling streets of Edinburgh, to the picturesque views of St. Andrews, to the majestic Scottish Highlands and lastly our stop in the beast of London.... Amanda provided us with every single thing that we wanted to see/do on our vacation. Including setting us up in the KINGS Suite at a CASTLE! yes, an actual Castle... This was my first time Crossing the Pond, and Amanda made sure that our itinerary was full and complete, but one of the BEST things about Amanda is that she is with you through your entire vacation. If anything would have gone wrong (thankfully nothing did) she would have handled it for us. I cannot express my gratitude Amanda, for making this the vacation of my dreams. If you need a Travel Agent, look no further than Amanda! Thank you again!
Amanda planned the Italian countryside trip of our dreams! We told her we wanted to avoid the big cities and experience the authentic side of Italy, and she delivered beyond anything we could have imagined. She created a custom Italy itinerary that took us through charming villages, boutique inns, and stunning countryside landscapes. Every stop felt special, from private vineyard tours to hidden gems that we never would have found on our own. Amanda took all the stress out of planning, handling every detail so we could relax and fully immerse ourselves in the journey. It was the perfect blend of culture, relaxation, and discovery—truly an authentic Italian countryside experience. We’re so grateful for her expertise and can’t wait to plan our next adventure with her!
